Worldwide renowned bass music supplier Flava D is back with another drum & bass belter! The Bournemouth-born producer and DJ has been keeping busy this festival season fresh off the back of gigs at Glastonbury, Hospitality On The Beach, Parklife and Bassfest just to name a few. Recently releasing relentless bassline and UKG cuts such as her remix of DJ Q, Lily McKenzie and Star. One’s ‘Love Me Like’ and her single ‘Truth’ with Sammy Virji, Flava D is set to heat up your airwaves once again with her brand new single ‘Cats’ - a tongue-in-cheek, bass-infused tribute to her much beloved furry friends.
‘Cats’ has already been taking raves, festivals and dancefloors across the globe by storm, as the irrestibly catchy and humorous vocals (courtesy of Flava D herself) are geniously intertwined with her futuristic sound design, made up of tearout basslines and punch-packed drumwork. This one is a mind-boggler, rave-destroyer and cat-pleaser.
Another class piece from Break. The original was good when it hit. The Bad Company remix was next level and this one to me is a close race for best remix of this classic. This one to me has the most gnarly drop of all. Like his formula is to sneak up on you with the drop and he accomplishes that mission over and over and over again. I've been collecting Break & Silent Witness tracks when I started buying records over 20 years ago.
